Rodger Anders has spent the last 25 years in SE Asia using his education in engineering and business management in the oil and gas industry and in major public transportation projects. After being employed by several globally prominent companies such as Westinghouse, Siemens, Marubeni, Esso and Chevron, he now draws on this wealth of experience in these fields to assemble a team to provide superior placement services.

Stephanie Eng started her career in the Executive Search industry in 2005 and has since worked alongside recruitment professionals from some of Malaysia's leading Executive Search firms. She is familiar with local and international search practice, processes and recruitment methodologies. Prior to that, over the last 18 years, she had held managerial positions in various disciplines -Sales, Customer Service, Call Centre and Project Management mainly with multinational companies in the Financial Institution, Advertising and Freight & Logistics industries
